This page explains what we collect when you join the Orynix waitlist, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
- Your name, email address and, if you choose to share it, your WhatsApp number
- The student's class, subjects, main goal and city
- Anything you write in "What do you need help with?"
- How you found us, such as the link or campaign you came from
Why we collect it
Only to contact you about your sign-up, set up your free month, and tell you when new subjects or classes open. We don't sell your details or share them with advertisers.
Students under 18
Most Class 11 and 12 students are under 18, so only a parent or guardian can join the waitlist. The parent or guardian gives consent before we set up an account for the student.
Where it's stored
Sign-ups are stored in a Google Workspace account that only our team can access. Emails are sent through Google.
How long we keep it
If you don't start a free month, we delete your details within 12 months of your sign-up, or sooner if you ask.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your details at any time, or stop contacting you. Email startup.ideas.kv@gmail.com and we'll act on it within 7 days.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
